You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 48hr.

We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of size issues, defects, or incorrect products.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24hr of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification
We will prioritize resolving the issue through a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Hygiene-sensitive items

7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
