Welcome to Aki Originals These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on Aki Originals are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Payments must be made through the approved payment methods available on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment processors.
3. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to display settings or manufacturing differences.
4. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with payment authorization. If your order is canceled after payment, a refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5-10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier services, and external factors beyond our control.
While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Aki Originals is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
- Returns must be requested within the 7 days timeframe after delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Certain items (such as customized or hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a 24hr timeframe.
Note: If a COD customer wants a refund to a bank account or UPI instead of wallet credit, ₹150 will be deducted as return and handling charges.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Uploading or transmitting harmful code or malware
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aki Originals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
